Peacework has supported our partner in India by sending a number of researchers and individuals interested in understanding and supporting the innovative value-based education model employed at Loreto Sealdah Day School. Peacework partners with Loreto Sealdah to give support in infrastructure to rural partner schools wishing to take on Loreto Sealdah-like projects such as in school Rainbow shelters for street children. The results of sister Cyril Mooney's innovative pedagogical approach which puts service at the center of the curriculum and resultant student centered, student led community programs are far reaching and profound.
